    Directions

    口感清新的什果沙律配上炸物的年菜,既好吃又可以解膩。

    Step 1

    蚝士用水泡软后,大火蒸10分钟至熟。Soaked dried oyster till soft, steamed with high heat for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    在大碗中把鱼胶和调味料混合备用。In a bowl, mix fish paste and seasoning, set aside.

    Step 3

    在砧板上放一或两片腐皮,舀一汤匙鱼胶、1颗蚝士、半条蟹柳和1片咸蛋黄,再盖一汤匙的鱼胶,再把腐皮卷成春卷状。Place one piece beancurd skin on chopping board, scoop 1 tbsp fish paste, 1 dried oyster, ½ crab stick and 1 slice of salted egg on top, cover with another 1 tbsp of fish paste, roll it to make spring roll shape.

    Step 4

    蚝士卷入锅大火蒸10分钟取出冷却。Steamed oyster roll in steamer with high heat for 10 minutes, set aside to cool.

    Step 5

    再沾上天妇罗粉浆,入热油锅中炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油后切半。Coat oyster roll with tempura batter, deep fry in hot oil till golden brown, drain and cut halve.

    Step 6

    把蚝士卷排在碟子上,一旁放混合水果沙律伴碟可。Arrange oyster roll on serving plate, serve together with mix fruits.
