摩卡戚风蛋糕 Mocha Chiffon Cake

【材料】
A:蛋黄7粒、油40克、3合1咖啡1包、粘米粉130克
B:蛋白7粒、糖140克、鲜奶70克
C:黑巧克力40克
【做法】
1. 在大碗内将全部材料A拌打均匀备用。(图1-3)
2. 将材料B混合,用电动搅拌器打至发起。(图4-5)
3. 把打发的蛋白霜分3次加入材料A内混合拌匀。(图6)
4. 将黑巧克力隔水煮溶,加入面糊中随意拌匀,以画出云石状。(图7)
5. 将蛋糕糊料倒入嘉威多功能白钢饭锅,选择“蛋糕”功能,按“开始”键烘制。(图8)
6. 取出蛋糕,待凉后即可切片享用。

【Ingredients】
A:7 egg yolk, 40g cooking oil, 3 in 1 coffee (1 pkt), 130g rice flour
B:7 egg white, 140g sugar, 70g fresh milk
C:40g dark chocolate
【Method】
1. In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients A, set aside.(pic 1-3)
2. Whisk all the ingredients B in a mixing bowl with electric beater until light and fluffy.(pic 4-5)
3. Fold the ingredients B into ingredients A in 3 times.(pic 6)
4. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler until melt, fold the dark chocolate into cake mixture and draw a marble
effect.(pic 7)
5. Pour the cake mixture into CW Multi Rice Cooker, select “cake” functions, press “start”.(pic 8)
6.Remove cake from CW Multi Rice Cooker, leave to cool, slice and serve.
