    Step 1

    擂茶汤做法Method for Lei Cha Soup:将材料A磨成粉末,倒入大碗中加入糖,然后把沸腾滚水及班兰汁冲入搅匀。Grind ingredients A into powder and mix with sugar in a big bowl; pour in boiling water and pandan juice, stir to mix.

    Step 2

    麻糬做法Mochi Ingredients:1.将糯米粉放入大碗中,倒入200毫升擂茶汤拌匀成一软硬适中面团。Mix the glutinous rice flour with 200ml Lei Cha soup into soft dough.

    Step 3

    2.把面团分等份搓圆,放入沸水中煮至浮起即可。Apportion the dough and make into small dumpling. Boil in hot water until aloat.

    Step 4

    3.将擂茶麻糬沾上捞匀的沾料便可。Coat the mochi with coating ingredients and serve.

    Step 5

    4.将剩余的擂茶汤加入营养谷粮饮用。Toss the multi grain into the remaining Lei Cha soup, serve immediately.
