    功能 : 益气补血,健脾养心,补肾健骨,利水缩宫。 适应症 : 产后体弱,疲倦怕冷,睡眠不佳,身体恢复缓慢,甚至出现水肿,小便不利等症者。

    Step 1

    黄豆洗净、放入大碗,加入清水适量浸泡 4-5 个小时后沥干。Wash soya beans and soak in water for 4-5 hours, drain.

    Step 2

    将杜仲、红枣放入砂锅内,加入清水 300ml,大火煮滚后,改用小火煎煮 40 分钟,弃渣留汁备用。Put Duzhong and red dates into clay pot, pour in 300ml water and bring to boil in high heat, then simmer in low heat for 40 minutes, filter and keep the soup.

    Step 3

    在黄豆里加入适量杜仲红枣汁,用豆浆机或果汁机打成浆。Add DuZhong and red dates soup into soya bean, blend in soya bean machine or food precessor until fine.

    Step 4

    若采用果汁机将豆汁及渣同装入布袋,放入一个干净的小盆内,盆底一侧垫高,用手有节奏地轻轻揉挤布袋,将布袋内的浆汁全部挤出,若浆汁仍未干净,可向袋内再加适量清水继续揉挤,直至浆汁全部出净。If using a food processor, filter the soya bean mixture in a filter bag, squeeze out juice in bag gently. May add extra water to squeeze out more soya bean juice.

    Step 5

    将浆汁全部倒入干净的砂锅内,大火煮滚后,改用小火再煮 2-3 分钟,加入黄糖搅匀后即可倒出饮用。Pour soya bean juice into a clean wok, boil with high heat and then turns to low heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, season with brown sugar, done.
