    烘月饼一定要先把烘炉预热20分钟,栗子月饼最好新鲜吃。

    Step 1

    将皮料A拌匀过一夜后,加入皮料B,搓至面团光滑,休面团1小时左右,分成20克等份,搓圆备用。Mixes all skin ingredients A and set for overnight,fold in ingredients B, knead into smooth dough and rest for 1 hour. Apportion into 20g each and shape roundly.

    Step 2

    莲蓉馅料加入瓜仁搓匀,分出30克等份,每一份包入1粒栗子,搓圆备用。Mix lotus paste with Gua Zhi and then apportion into 30g each,wrap in 1 chestnut and shape roundly.

    Step 3

    皮料包入馅料,搓圆,放入模型轻压平敲出,至全部做好放入已预热180℃的烘炉里,烤10分钟,取出待凉,扫上涂皮料,再回炉烘10分钟即成。Wrap filling with dough and shape roundly;then place in mold and press lightly before dislodge. Bake in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes,remove from oven to cool down,brush glaze on top and return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes,done.
