    功能 : 活血化瘀,排除恶露。 适应症 : 产后腹胀腹痛,恶露不下,或者排出不畅。

    Step 1

    核桃、当归、川芎、丹参、香附洗净,先将这五味药材同放入砂锅,加入清水 600ml,大火煮滚。Wash walnut, DangGui, ChuanXiong, DanShen & XiangFu, put these herbs in clay pot, pour in 600ml water and bring to boil in high heat.

    Step 2

    改用小火煎煮 20 分钟后,加入番红花,继续煎煮 10 分钟,去渣留汁备用。Turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then add in saffron and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, filtered and keep the soup.

    Step 3

    将糯米淘洗干净,红枣洗净,两者同放入药汁内,如常法煮粥,粥成后加入黄糖搅溶即成(若药汁过少,可另加适量清水)。Wash glutinous rice and red dates, pour into herbs soup and cook according to porridge cooking method, once done, stir in the brown sugar (if herbs soup is not enough, may add plain water).
