    Step 1

    用腌料A腌排骨至少30分钟。Season spareribs with marinade A for at least 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    加入腌料B,搅拌均匀,继续腌多1小时。Add marinade B. Mix well and set aside for 1 hour.

    Step 3

    起锅热油,用中火把排骨炸至金黄色,滴干油。Heat oil and fry spareribs over medium low heat until golden brown. Dish out and put aside.

    Step 4

    热麻油,把姜片爆香,然后加入酱汁材料,煮至滾。Heat sesame oil and sauté ginger until fragrant. Add sauce ingredients and cook to a boil.

    Step 5

    把炸排骨回锅,加盖焖煮至酱汁转稠,排骨软身即可。Put in prefried ribs. Cook over medium low heat until gravy is reduced and thick and spareribs are tender. Dish out and serve.
