    浓浓的椰丝香,配上松软的口感,让人吃上一口就欲罢不能了!

    Step 1

    把所有材料A放入电动搅拌器里,高速搅拌至发起。Put all ingredients A in a mixing bowl, beat over high speed using a balloon whisk, till creamy.

    Step 2

    另外把顶料混合,置放一旁。In a separate bowl, mix topping ingredients together, set aside.

    Step 3

    把椰丝放入模具里,在放入顶料,压紧。Fill the grated coconut into the mould by pressing the topping ingredients into the mould.

    Step 4

    然后倒入面糊。Then top up with the pandan batter.

    Step 5

    放入蒸炉蒸10分钟。Steam immediately in a hot steamer for 10 minutes.

    Step 6

    从蒸炉取出松糕,轻压脱模即可。Remove moulds from steamer and release each kueh out by gently pressing around the mould to release it, done.
