    一口咬下满嘴浓浓的椰香味,加入剁碎的杏桃干,更具口感。

    Step 1

    把烤炉预热至180℃,烤盘涂油。Pre-heatoven @ 180℃, grease cookietrays, set aside.

    Step 2

    用电动搅拌器把牛油、糖及蛋黄搅拌至发起。Using an electric beater fitted with a paddle attachment cream butter,icing sugar and yolks together.

    Step 3

    慢慢倒入香精及其他干料,搅拌成面团。Fold in vanilla essence and the rest ofthe dry ingredients until mixture forms a ball of dough.

    Step 4

    把面团杆成1/2公分厚,切出喜欢的形状。Roll dough out about 1/2cm thick and cut using desired cutters

    Step 5

    把饼团放在烤盘上,放入预热烤炉烤20分钟至微黄。Place cookies on greased trays and bake in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes or until cookies are lightbrowned.

    Step 6

    从烤炉取出饼干后待稍凉时挤上巧克力。Remove cookies from oven, leave to cool and pipe some chocolate over.

    Step 7

    待完全冷却后才收入密封罐子。Leave chocolate to set before storing in cookie jars.
