    沙茶酱起源于马来语地区的潮汕华人饮食,后传至潮汕,盛行福建省、广东省等地的一种混合型调味品。色泽淡褐,呈糊酱状,具有大蒜、洋葱、花生米等特殊的复合香味、虾米和生抽的复合鲜咸味,以及轻微的甜、辣味。

    Step 1

    把猪肉切成2 X 2 X 1公分厚片,然后以腌料腌隔夜。Cut pork into 2cm x 2cm x 1cm pieces. Marinate pork with Marinade overnight.

    Step 2

    将所有蔬菜切成同样大小。Cut all vegetables into equal sized pieces.

    Step 3

    把所有材料间隔地串在竹签上。Skewer all ingredients in alternating layers onto bamboo skewers.

    Step 4

    在一个大烤盘里铺铝箔,涂上少许油;把烤炉预热。Line a large baking tray with aluminum foil and brush with some oil. Preheat grill to high.

    Step 5

    把肉串放在烤盘里,刷上少许腌汁和油,放入烤炉烤8分钟,翻转后再次刷上腌汁。再烤8分钟或至肉熟即可。Arrange skewers on tray, brush with some marinade and grill for 8 minutes. Turn over, brush with marinade. Grill for another 8 minutes or until pork is cooked and vegetables are slightly charred.
