    Step 1

    起锅热油和麻油,把葱头、蒜头及虾米爆香。Heat oil and sesame oil in a wok and saute shallots, garlic and dried prawns till aromatic.

    Step 2

    加入肉碎和虾,炒一会后加入清水,炒均。Add in minced pork and prawns. Stir-fry briefly. Pour in water and fry well to combine.

    Step 3

    拌入干白粿,煮至滚。Add in soaked white rice sticks and allow to boil briefly.

    Step 4

    加入调味料、韭菜和Shimeji蘑菇,炒至汁稠即可盛出。Add seasoning, leek and Shimeji mushrooms. Cook briefly until gravy is reduced. Dish out and serve at once.
