    鳕鱼肉质细嫩, 营养丰富。用最简单的方式烹调就能做出juicy又美味的烧焗鳕鱼。

    Step 1

    将三文鱼块和调味料A捞均腌2小时。Marinate cod fillet with condiment for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    将托盘铺上锡纸,放上大葱丝、生葱和三文鱼,放入烤箱烤大约10分钟至有点焦,搽上蜜糖。Cover baking tray with aluminum foil, then place onion, spring onion and cod fillet on top, bake in oven for 10 minutes or until slightly browned, spread honey on top.

    Step 3

    番茄开盖挖洞,倒入美奶滋,与生菜摆在碟边,配烤鳕鱼吃。Dig a hole on top of tomato, pour in mayonnaise, then garnish with shredded lettuce, servewith cod.
