    Step 1

    用滚油拉芦笋10秒钟后冲冷水,滴干。Scald asparagus sections in hot oil for 10 seconds. Remove and rinse in cold water. Drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    烧热麻油,把蒜头和姜爆香,然后濽入花雕酒。Heat sesame oil in a wok, sauté garlic and ginger briefly. Sprinkle in Shao Hsing wine to fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入芦笋、鸭肉及红辣椒,炒均后加入调味料。Add asparagus, duck meat pieces and red chili. Stir-fry then mix in seasoning.

    Step 4

    大火快炒后盛出。Toss and fry briskly over high heat. Stir well then dish out to serve.
