    要点:传统坐月,是不喝白开水的,产妇以喝炒米茶来代替白开水。 牛蒡有东洋参美誉,能排毒美容养颜,增强免疫,助消化除便秘,降脂减肥。

    Step 1

    将牛蒡切薄片再切丝,然后晒干,再用白镬炒过,备用。Slice the Burdock thinly and then juliennes, sundry the juliennes Burdock and then stir-fry in a dry wok until dry up completely.

    Step 2

    香茅洗净,切薄片,用手摆弄散开,晒干,再用白镬炒过,备用。Wash lemon grass and slice thinly; sundry them and stir-fry in a dry wok until dry up completely.

    Step 3

    糙米洗净,滤干水份,以白镬小火炒至干身成金黄色,待冷备用。Wash rice and drain thoroughly; and then stir-fry in a dry wok until golden brown. Let cool down.

    Step 4

    把以上处理好的材料混合均匀,放入玻璃盅或铁罐,盖紧收藏。Combine all above prepared ingredients and store in a glass jar or air tight container.

    Step 5

    享用时,取适量牛蒡香茅炒米放入热水壶,再加入适量杞子,用煮沸的水冲泡,盖着 40 分钟即可享用。To serve: soak some of the mix ingredients with boiling water in thermal pot plus some GouQi for about 40 minutes.
