    Step 1

    把深锅加热,放入猪尾、猪手、鸡脚、莲藕及香菇,炒一会后加入混合调味料,煮至滚。Heat a deep saucepot until hot. Add pigtail, trotters, chicken feet, lotus root and mushrooms. Stir for a while. Pour in combined seasoning and add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil.

    Step 2

    转小火,焖煮1½小时至软身。Reduce the heat and simmer covered for 1 ½ hours until meat is tender.

    Step 3

    取出莲藕,切片即可。Remove lotus roots and cut into thick slices.
