    喝一碗香浓的汤都能让人疲惫顿消。番茄便是最佳的抗氧化菜品选择,里面丰富的蕃茄红素,可以对抗自由氧。帮助身体排浊,给自己一个轻松的心情。

    Step 1

    把番茄割十字刀,放入锅里蒸5分钟,去皮切小块备用;素火腿切丁炸香。Cross cut tomatoes, steam for 5 minutes and cut small.Dice ham and fry till crispy.

    Step 2

    将菜油放入锅里,加入西芹和包菜略炒。Heat margarine in pot, add in celery and cabbage, stir well.

    Step 3

    把蔬菜料放入电动搅拌机内,加水搅拌至细滑。Transfer the vege mixture into blender, blend together with water till smooth.

    Step 4

    然后倒回锅内,加入蘑菇片和调味料煮至滚即可盛起,放入素火腿,撒上巴西利碎。Pour the mixture into pot, add mushroom and seasoning, bring to boil. Toss in soy ham and parsley.

    Step 5

    沾面包一起享用。Serve together with toast bread.
