皮蛋虾卷Deep-fried Prawn Rolls with Century Egg

【材料】
虾6只(洗净去壳)、皮蛋1粒(切成6块)、熟鸡蛋1粒(切成6块)、红萝卜1条(切成细长条)、青瓜1条(切成细长条)、春卷皮6张、鸡精粉及盐适量、炸油适量

【做法】
1.用鸡精粉和盐腌制虾肉。
2.把春卷皮铺在砧板上,放上一只虾、一块皮蛋、一块鸡蛋及红萝卜和青瓜各一条,然后卷起。
3.起锅热油,把春卷炸至金黄色。
4.趁热吃。

【Ingredients】
6 prawns(remove shell and clean), 1 no century egg(sliced into 6 pieces), 1 no hard boiled egg(sliced into 6 pieces), 1 carrot(thinly cut into long stick), 1 cucumber(thinly cut into long stick), 6pcs spring roll skin (small), chicken stock granule and salt to taste, oil for deep fry

【Methods】
1.Marinate prawns with salt and chicken stock.
2.Put the spring roll skin on a chopping board. Then, put a prawn, a piece of century egg, egg, carrot and cucumber stick on it then roll.
3.Heat oil in wok, deep-fry rolls until golden brown.
4.Ready to serve.
