热锅加Country Farm Organics印加果油,放入洋葱和大蒜炒香。当洋葱变软后,加入Beyond Meat香肠炒2-3分钟至微黄。In a sauce pot, heat up Country Farm Organics Sacha Inchi Oil and put in onions and garlic. Once onions soften, add in the Beyond Meat Beyond Sausage to cook for 2-3 minutes till slightly brown.
倒入茄汁豆与马铃薯块拌匀,依次加入番茄酱、NQ鲜素料理粉、NQ喜马拉雅山岩盐和水。Pour in the baked beans and potato cubes to mix well. Next, followed by tomato paste, NQ Vegetarian Seasoning Powder, NQ Himalayan Rock Salt and water.
转中火焖煮一会儿后倒入玉米粉水勾芡,馅料部分就准备好了。Turn to medium heat and let it simmer for a while. Pour in corn flour mixture to thicken the sauce then it is ready for the filling.
准备6个陶瓷烘焙碗,将馅料均匀地放入碗内填满。Prepare 6 large ramekins, scoop the filling into each ramekin and fill evenly.
沿着碗的边缘刷上蛋液,盖上方形酥皮,轻轻按压边缘以确保粘紧。Brush some egg along the rims and cover using a square shape frozen puff pastry. Gently press the pastry onto the rim to make sure it sticks well.
最后酥皮表面刷上蛋液后,放入烤箱以190℃烤12分钟即可。Finally, brush the pastry surface with egg wash and bake in the oven for 12 minutes on 190℃.
