红龟粿有吉祥、圆满、发财、长寿(龟的象征)和子孙繁衍的好寓意,粿皮由糯米制成,内馅为豆沙、花生或椰丝,也是本地华人祭拜仪式中常见的一款糕点。

    Step 1

    将绿豆浸泡约2小时,蒸至熟后搅烂。Soak the mung beans for about 2 hours, steam until cooked and mash them.

    Step 2

    加入糖在锅里炒匀。Add sugar and stir-fry the mixture in a wok.

    Step 3

    将材料A拌匀,最后才加入油,将面团分成20/25克(依模型大小)。Mix ingredients A together, then add oil and divide the dough into 20/25g each (depending on the size of the mold).

    Step 4

    包入馅料,以中大火蒸至熟即可。Wrap the filling inside the dough and steam over medium heat until cooked.

    Step 5

    取出涂一层油即可。Take out and apply a layer of oil, enjoy.
