    Step 1

    肉末加上蒜末、红萝卜丝、虾、盐和蚝油搅打起胶, 加入一匙油封锁水分。Stir the minced meat with minced garlic, shredded carrot, shrimp, salt and oyster sauce until it forms a paste, add a spoonful of oil to keep moisture.

    Step 2

    肉馅搓成圆形,分成五份,中间弄个洞,排放在碟子上。Knead the meat filling into a circle, divide it into 5 portion, make a hole in the middle and arrange on a plate.

    在每个肉馅加入一颗鹌鹑蛋。Add a quail egg to each meat filling.

    Step 4

    大火蒸15分钟或至全熟。Steam over high heat for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.

    调好芡汁,锅里下点油爆香蒜末,加入蚝油和盐,加入少许水煮滚。Ready sauce mix, put some oil in the pot and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add oyster sauce and salt, add a little water and bring to a boil.
