    将腐竹支用油炸脆,浸泡水至软切段备用。Deep fry bean curds stick until crispy,and then soak in water until soften and cut into blocks.

    Step 2

    煮滚水,加入所有材料A煮2小时后,加入调味料即可享用。Bring water to boil,add in all ingredients A and cook for 2 hours; and then season to taste.
