    Directions

    Step 1

    起锅热2汤匙油和1汤匙麻油,把所有材料A炒香后加入调味料,盛出。Heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp sesame oil,saute all ingredients A till fragrant. Add seasoning to mix.

    Step 2

    另外热2汤匙麻油,把所有材料B一起炒均后熄火。Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil; add in all ingredients B. Toss well to combine, off heat.

    Step 3

    加入材料A,混合均匀。Stir in pre-fried ingredients A and mixes well.

    Step 4

    取两片粽叶,摺成斗形,放入3汤匙米料;然后包扎成金字塔形状,再以草绳绑紧。Take 2 bamboo leaves and fold into a cone. Scoop 3 tbsp rice into the cone.

    Step 5

    把粽子放入加盐的滚水中煮1½小时或至熟透,然后滴干。Fold up into a pyramid and tie up with string to secure the dumplings. Cook boiling water for 1½ hours. Remove and allow water to drip off.
