    艾叶肉片汤是一道滋补食品。它富含维生素、蛋白质和矿物质。艾叶汤鲜香滑嫩,吃一次就忘不。

    Step 1

    猪肉洗净挤干水备用。Wash and rinse the pork shoulde meat for later use.

    Step 2

    猪肉上厚薯粉(番薯粉)浆搅拌均匀备用。Mix the pork meat into potato starch paste evenly and set aside.

    Step 3

    洋葱与番茄切拇指般大小。Cut the onion and tomato into thumb size.

    Step 4

    热上油锅,炒香姜葱蒜下清水/上汤开大火煮滚。Heat the oil in a pot, fry the ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant, add the water/stock and bring to a boil over high heat.

    Step 5

    调小火把上好浆的肉片一片片的放入锅内再开大火搅拌均匀,以免肉片黏成。Turn down the heat and put the pork meat slices into the pot one by one, then turn on the high heat and stir evenly to prevent the meat slices from sticking.

    Step 6

    下艾叶,打入鸡蛋搅拌均匀,调味即可。Add Chinese mugwort, add the eggs, stir well, and season to taste.
