芦笋是心血管疾病患者和癌症的好朋友,是一种天然良药,不过由于芦笋是高普林的蔬菜,若是尿酸高或痛风的人,不宜多吃。

    Step 1

    芦笋冲洗切小段,先用沸水烫熟,放入冰水中待凉备用。Rinse the asparagus and cut them into small pieces, blanch in boiling water then soak in ice water and set aside.

    Step 2

    将白玉菇和鸿禧菇切去根部后冲洗备用。红甜椒切条。Remove the stems of the Baiyu mushroom and Shimeji mushroom, rinse and set aside. Sliced red bell peppers.

    Step 3

    锅中放油放入材料快炒,加入盐、黑胡椒粉,最后加入奥勒冈香草及马芝林菜油拌匀即可享用。Put oil in a pot and fry all ingredients quickly, add salt, black pepper, oregon herbs and margarine, mix well then serve.
