    Step 1

    菠菜50克烫软磨成茸。 Blanched 50g spinach & ground finely

    Step 2

    将面粉筛过,在桌上中间开穴加入其余材料拌成面团。 Sift flour and open well in the centre and then add in all other ingredients and knead into dough.

    Step 3

    然后用布盖着休面2小时。 2. Rest in covered cloth for 2 hours.

    Step 4

    把面团用擀成薄片对折,重复做法2-3次,其间并洒些干薯粉。 Pin roll dough into thin sheet and then sprinkle some tapioca flour on to before folding over. Repeat steps 2-3 times.

    Step 5

    把薄片对折,用刀或放入辗面机切割成粗或细面条,再洒上些干薯粉,然后分成一扎一粒便可。 Fold the final dough sheet again and then slice with knife or grind in noodle maker to make noodles. Sprinkle tapioca flour in between noodle and apportion them accordingly.

    Step 6

    也可把面切成细条。 You also can slice with knife。
