    Step 1

    把烤炉预热至200℃,在一个大烤盘里铺铝箔,然后涂少许油。Preheat oven to 200℃ Line a large baking tray with aluminum foil and grease lightly.

    肉丸做法:把所有材料混合,朝一个方向搅拌,并把肉碎摔向容器的内壁数次直到起胶。然后取1汤匙捏成肉丸。重复步骤至材料用完。接着放入烤炉烤20分钟至微黄即可。Prepare meatballs: In large bowl combine all ingredients and stir well in one direction. Throw the meat paste against the mixing bowl a few times to achieve a bouncy texture. Scoop 1 tablespoon and roll to form a meatball. Repeat with remaining mixture. Transfer to prepared tray, bake for 20 minutes till lightly browned.

    Step 3

    酱汁:起锅热油,把蒜和姜炒香后加入酱汁材料,小火焖煮至稠。Prepare sauce: Heat oil in a wok. Fry garlic and ginger till fragrant. Combine remaining Sauce A ingredients and add to wok. Stir and simmer covered till slightly thickened.

    Step 4

    把肉丸放入酱汁中搅拌至沾满酱汁,再把拉面加入搅拌均匀后盛出,装饰上桌。Place cooked meatballs into the wok and roll around lightly to coat with the sauce. Add cooked noodles and toss until fully coated with the sauce, dish out and garnish to serve.
