蒜头鸡 garlic chicken

材料 :
鸡1只(切块)、九层塔20克、蒜头2粒
腌料 :
酱油2汤匙、米酒3汤匙、胡椒粉1茶匙、玉米粉3汤匙、糖1½茶匙、肉桂粉2汤匙、鸡蛋2粒
调味料 :
酱油2汤匙、蚝油2汤匙、米酒3汤匙、胡椒粉1茶匙、糖1½茶匙
做法 :
1. 蒜头剁碎备用。
2. 鸡肉加入腌料捞匀腌好,放置一边3小时。(图1-2)
3. 锅内热少许油后,加入腌好的鸡肉去炒至7分熟,捞起备用。(图3)
4. 再热少许油爆香蒜头,放入调味料和少许的水,煮至沸腾后加入鸡肉和九层塔炒至3分钟即可。(图4-6)

INGREDIENTS :

MARINATE :
2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp Chinese rice wine, 1 tsp pepper, 3 tbsp corn flour, 1½ tsp
sugar, 2 tbsp Cinnamon powder, 2 eggs
SEASONING :
2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp Chinese rice wine, 1 tsp pepper,
1½ tsp sugar
METHOD :
1 Chopped garlic, set aside.
2 Marinate chicken with marinate ingredients, set aside for 3 hours. (pic 1-2)
3 Heat some oil in wok, add in chicken and stir fry until medium-Well, set aside. (pic 3)
4 Heat some oil in wok again, saute garlic till fragrant, toss in seasoning
and water, bring to boil. Add in chicken and cook for another 3 minutes, done. (pic 4-6)
