    简单清淡又鲜美可口的一道蒸酿料理、鲜香滋味,营养又健康。

    Step 1

    将猪肉碎跟鱼胶混合,加入调味料拌匀挞至起胶。再加入鱿鱼丝、葱粒搅拌均匀成肉馅。Combine minced meat with fish paste and seasoning and blend until springy as filling.

    Step 2

    把腐皮与紫菜剪成3×1 1⁄2寸,面上铺入适量肉馅再放3朵灵芝菇,包卷起来,蒸熟,取出待凉。Cut bean curd skin into 3 X 11⁄2 inches, spread meat filling on it and top with 3 pcs Ling Zhi mushroom, roll up and steam until cooked. Cool down.

    Step 3

    烧热少许油,把蒸熟的菇卷煎香,盛碟。Heat oil in wok; sear the Ling Zhi mushroom roll until fragrant.

    Step 4

    把酱汁煮滚,淋在菇卷上即可上桌。Boil sauce and pour over the Ling Zhi mushroom roll and serve.
