蕃茄味爆米花Tomato Flavoured Popcorns

【材料 A
干粟米粒 1杯
牛油 20克
橄榄油 2汤匙
海盐 ½茶匙

【材料 B】
牛油 20克
黄糖 1茶匙
蕃茄酱 2汤匙

【制法】
1.将粟米粒放进雪柜冷冻2个小时,备用。
2.取一个大锅,将牛油和橄榄油一起放入锅中,中火轻拌使牛油均匀融化。
3.加入干粟米粒,翻动以让所有的干粟米粒都均匀地沾上油。
4.当其中一颗粟米粒爆开后,立刻盖上锅盖,并晃动锅子,让所有的粟米粒都在锅内爆开,当听不到粟米粒爆开的声音后,刻可熄火,放置一旁备用。
5.取一汤锅,加入所有的材料B,小火搅拌至完全融化后,即可离火,备用。
6.待蕃茄酱稍凉后,倒入爆米花里,翻炒至所有的爆米花都裹上蕃茄酱,撒上少许干罗勒,即可享用,剩余的可收入密封罐子收藏。

【Ingredients A】
1 cup dried corn kernels
20g butter
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sea salt

【Ingredients B】
20g butter
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp tomato sauce

Method
1.Freeze dried corn kernels in fridge for 2 hours.
2.Heat up a wok with lid, use medium heat to dissolve butter and olive oil.
3.Pour dried corn kernels into wok, stir-fry briefly to make them coat evenly with oil.
4.Once one of the corn kernel begin to pop up, cover lid immediately and shake the wok to make all corn kernels are popping up. Once the popping sound is over, off heat and set wok aside.
5.Use a small pot to cook all ingredients B until dissolved, remove from heat.
6.Wait for the tomato sauce to cool down, and then pour over popcorns and stir to coat.Serve immediately and keep the remaining in airtight container.
