蜜汁烤肉排 Honey roasted Ribs

材料 :
肉排骨650克、水1碗
腌料 :
南乳1小块、桂花酱1茶匙、糖½汤匙、生抽2汤匙、玫瑰
露酒1汤匙、盐少许
蜜汁抹酱 :(拌匀)
妈蜜酵母精华½汤匙、Maggi调味酱1茶匙、蚝油2茶匙、
幼糖1汤匙、蜜糖2汤匙、麻油1茶匙
做法 :
① 肉排骨加入腌料捞匀,腌置2-3小时至入味。(图1)
② 把肉排骨放入气压锅内,并注入水盖上,以气压焖煮10分钟,释放气压后开盖,取出。
③ 把肉排骨均匀揸上蜜汁酱,再放入烤炉以200℃烧烤,两面至微焦便可。中途烧烤时,再次揸上蜜汁酱1-2次。(图2-4)

INGREDIENTS :
650g pork rib, 1 bowl water
CONDIMENTS :
1 small block red fermented bean curd, ½ tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rose wine, dash of salt
HONEY GRAZE :
½ tbsp Marmite sauce, 1 tsp Maggi seasoning, 2 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp castor sugar, 2 tbsp
honey, 1 tsp sesame oil
METHOD :
1. Marinate ribs with condiments for 2-3 hours. (pic 1)
2. Put marinated ribs in pressure cooker, pour in water and cook under pressure for 10 minutes,
release pressure and dish out.
3. Brush honey graze all over the ribs, and bake in oven at 200℃ until both sides turns brown
(apply additional 1-2 time of graze in mid-way). (pic 2-4)
