    Step 1

    把酱汁材料混合,慢火煮至糖溶解,然后让它完全冷却。Combine sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook over gentle heat until sugar dissolves. Stir well and leave to cool completely.

    Step 2

    用腌料和酱汁腌鸡肉,收在冰箱数小时或置隔夜。Season meat with marinade and combined prepared sauce ingredients for several hours or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

    Step 3

    用竹签把鸡肉串起,放入预热至190℃的烤炉里烤7-8分钟,然后翻转,并刷上腌汁,再烤7-8分钟或至熟透。Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers. Roast the skewered meat in a preheated oven at 190℃ for 7-8 minutes. Turn skewers over and brush prepared sauce over. Continue to roast for another 7-8 minutes until meat is charred and cooked.
