    发菜蚝士海味好意头的年菜在团圆饭桌上,是一道不能少的年菜。这次创新的煮法也有着丰富的味道。

    Step 1

    烧开一锅沸水,加1汤匙姜汁,把切成丁的材料A一起下锅过汆烫好去除腥味。捞起沥干水份备用。Dice all ingredients A and blanch in boiling water which already add some ginger sauce to remove fishy, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    将西兰花和红萝卜放入热水中煮熟捞起备用。Blanch broccoli and carrot in boilling water, drain.

    Step 3

    发菜放入热水锅中一下就好,避免过软。捞起沥干水份备用。Blanch black moss, drain and set aside.

    Step 4

    热锅,下油把材料A全下锅里,加入调味料煮至收汁取出待凉。Heat some oil in wok, toss in ingredients A, fry well. Add in sessoning and cook until sauce thicken.

    Step 5

    再把材料A放入日本豆皮内,放在盘子中蒸约10分钟。Wrap the Japanese beancurd sheet with ingredients A, steamed for 10 minutes.

    Step 6

    把西兰花、红萝卜及发菜盘在日本豆皮上即可。Place broccoli, carrots, and black moss on Japanese beancurd, done.
