    夹入西梅的饼干,酸甜酸甜,带来独特的口感。

    Step 1

    【馅料做法】把所有材料放入锅里煮约 2 分钟至西梅软身。熄火,让它冷却后以电动研磨器搅拌至细滑。【To prepare prune filling】Place allprunefillingingredients in asaucepan and cook until prune is soft about 2 minutes. Turn off heat and once prune cools, finely grindthe soft prunes, set aside.

    Step 2

    【面团做法】把烤炉预热至180℃,烤盘涂油。Pre-heat oven @ 180℃, grease all cookie trays, set aside.

    Step 3

    用电动搅拌器,把牛油、糖、蛋黄及香精搅拌均匀。Using an electric beater fitted with a paddle attachment cream butter with icing sugar egg yolk and vanilla essence.

    Step 4

    慢慢加入其他干料搅拌成软面团。Fold in dry ingredients until a soft and pliable dough is achieved.

    Step 5

    把面团杆成 0.5 公分厚,每片切成1 .5寸长方形。Roll dough and trim each roll size into rectangles of 1 inch by 1.5 inches.

    Step 6

    挤入适量西梅馅料,然后卷起。Pipe some prune filing and wrap rolls up.

    Step 7

    把饼卷放在烤盘上,用夹子在饼皮随意做花式。Place onto greased tray and using pincers, pinch to make designs.

    Step 8

    刷上蛋液,放入预热烤炉烤20分钟。Brush tops with egg wash and bake for20 minutes in pre-heated oven.

    Step 9

    待完全冷却后才收入密封罐子。Leave cookies to cool and store in airtight jars.
