    Step 1

    西洋菜洗净切段;西瓜皮切块;牛蒡切片;其余材料洗净。Wash and cut watercress into sections. Cut watermelon skin into pieces,thinly slice burdock and rinse other ingredients.

    Step 2

    煮滚12饭碗水,加入所有材料待滚20分钟,调慢小火煮2小时,上桌前调入盐享用。Bring water to boil,add in all ingredients and boil for 20 minutes,then simmer in low heat for 2 hours,season with salt.
