辣蒜豆腐Tofu with Green Chilli and Garlic Sauce

【材料】
豆腐一块(切成8薄片)

【青椒蒜酱】
青辣椒8条(去籽剁碎)、蒜头4瓣(剁碎)、橄榄油1汤匙、鸡高汤120毫升、盐和糖适量、栗粉水1汤匙

【做法】
1.起锅热油,把蒜茸和青辣椒茸爆香,然后加入高汤和调味料,煮滚后勾芡。
2.把豆腐蒸过,然后把酱料倒在上面即可。

【小贴士】
选用青辣椒,豆腐不要蒸太久,上汤可改用牛骨汤或沙鱼汤,吃起来更甜美。

【Ingredients】
1 packet tofu (Cut into 8 slices)

【Green Chilli and Garlic Sauce】
8pcs green chilli (remove the seeds and chopped), 4 cloves garlic (chopped), 1tbsp olive oil, 1tbsp corn flour, 120ml chicken stock, salt to taste, sugar to taste

【Method】
1.Heat oil in the wok then add in the garlic and green chill. Fry until fragrant. Add in the chicken stock and season to taste. Lastly, thicken it with corn flour.
2.Steam the tofu and pour the sauce over the tofu when it is done.
