    Step 1

    将材料(A)搓至光滑,分出10等份。做成钵仔盅形,用滚水煮至浮起,捞起过冷河,排上碟备用。Knead ingredients (A) into smooth dough, divide into 10 equal portions and make into small bowl shape, cook in boiling water until afloat, dish out and rinse under cold water, drain and set on plate.

    Step 2

    烧热1½大匙油,炒香馅料,加入调味料,煮至干汁,盛起放入芋钵中,排入拌碟料,淋上生抽王汁即成。Heat 1½ tbsp oil, saute ingredients (B) until fragrant, then add in seasoning, cook until the gravy is thicken, shift to the yam bowl, garnish with broccoli, and then pour the sauce on it.
