    心得交流站 : 炸鱿鱼时不可以炸太久,否则会变硬。

    Step 1

    将鱿鱼洗净,切圈,沥干水分,加入腌料腌制。Wash squid and cut into rings,drain and marinate with condiments.

    Step 2

    烧热油镬,将鱿鱼沾上粟米粉再沾上脆浆料,炸至金黄色捞起。Heat oil in wok,coat squid with corn flour and dip in batter; deep fry until golden brown and crispy.

    Step 3

    盛起炸油,将炸好的鱿鱼放回镬里,加入椒盐,用慢火抛均匀,即可盛起享用。Remove oil from wok,return fried squid on it and toss with pepper and salt ingredients, dish out.
