    Step 1

    五花肉切块,蒜头拍打和预先煎过豆干切 成小块备用。 Cut pork belly in slices; deep fry dried bean curd and slices, set aside.

    Step 2

    热锅,放入五花肉和蒜头,用中火炒至均 匀。 Heat some oil in wok, stir fry pork belly and garlic with medium heat till fragrant

    Step 3

    加入所有调味料,转小火炒5分钟至水分收干。 Add in all seasoning, turn low heat and fry for another 5 minutes till gravy is reduce.

    Step 4

    再加入1杯的清水(50ml),转大火煮沸。 Pour in 1 cup of water (50ml), cook with high heat and bring to boil。

    Step 5

    最后放入豆干,转小火焖大约30分钟即可。 Lastly add in dried bean curd, turn low heat and cook for 30 minutes, done.
