    Step 1

    起锅热油,把鱼肉炸至金黄色,滴干。Heat up oil,deep fry fish till golden brown and crispy. Dish out and drain.

    Step 2

    留1汤匙油在锅,把青辣椒和黄姜炒香,然后加入蒜头片、红辣椒、调味料和炸鱼肉,煮5分钟后盛出。Leave 1 tbsp oil in wok,saute garlic,red chilies,green chilies and turmeric till fragrant. Add seasoning,fish and cook for 5 minutes. Dish up.

    Step 3

    配白饭吃。Serve with rice.
