    听到蚝干鱼鳔不知道为什么就有着年滋味,这道菜不只美味而且营养价值颇高。

    Step 1

    将泡发好的蚝干蒸30分钟,放一旁摊凉待用。Steam the soaked oysters for 30 minutes, set aside and let it cool for later use.

    Step 2

    将馅料混合捞匀备用。Mix all the filling ingredients and set aside.

    Step 3

    手沾一些水拿适量的馅料,把蚝干塞入馅料内,再搓成小团。Dip some water, stuff the dried oysters with some filling and roll into small small balls.

    Step 4

    把搓好的蚝干酿料放入锅中,加水煮熟。煮熟后加入盐和胡椒粉调味。Put the dried oysters into pot, add water and cook. Season with some salt and pepper.

    Step 5

    把泡发好的鱼鳔剪成适合的宽度,放入酿料。Cut the soaked fish maw into small piece and stuff in the filling.

    Step 6

    热一锅水,放入鱼鳔酿料,煮至软即可加入盐、胡椒粉和料酒调味。Bring water to boil, add in stuffing fish maw till soften. Lastly, add some salt, pepper and wine to taste.
