    Step 1

    把马来豆干沾面糊,后放入热油中炸至金黄酥脆,置 放一旁。 Coat tempeh pieces with batter and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

    Step 2

    用同一锅油把四季豆拉油后盛出,沥油待用。 With the remaining hot oil scald baby French beans briefly. Dish out and drain.

    Step 3

    留2汤匙热油在锅,把虾米、香茅及指天椒爆香。 Add in KNORR Golden Salted Egg Powder; fry until fragrant. Add in seasoning.

    Step 4

    加入家乐金沙咸蛋粉,炒香后加拌入调味料。把四季豆苗、马来豆干及红辣椒加入炒均,即可盛出即可。 Put in baby French beans, tempeh and chili. Toss and fry briskly to combine.
