将材料C拌匀,然后过滤备用。Mixes ingredients C and filtered.
烧热3汤匙油,爆香猴头菇,再放全部材料B炒匀,加入白饭和炒饭调味料以大火炒香即成,然后扣碗上碟备用。Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, sauté monkey head mushroom and follow with all ingredients B, toss in white rice and its seasoning ingredients, stir-fry with high heat until fragrant, dish out.
浓汤做法:爆香材料D至金黄色,加入材料C煮滚,然后加浓汤调味料勾芡即成,再淋在炒饭上面,放上装饰趁热享用。For soup:Sauté ingredients D until fragrant, add in ingredients C and its seasoning, thicken with starch and pour over the fried rice to serve, garnish with broccoli.
