Directions
把豆腐丸材料加入调味料,用手搅拌至起胶(有黏性)做成一粒粒丸子。Mixes bean curb ball ingredients with seasoning and blend with hand until springy and sticky;and then shape into balls.
把丸子沾上额外干生粉炸至金黄色,用竹支串起,配番茄酱享用。Coat balls with extra tapioca flour and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, skew with bamboo stick and serve with dipping sauce.
自制番茄酱做法:番茄去皮切丁,加入其余材料煮到浓稠即可。For tomato dipping sauce:Skinned tomato, dice and boil with all its ingredients until thicken.
