    Step 1

    将菠菜叶放入电动搅拌机搅烂备用。Blend spinach into puree.

    Step 2

    烧热2大匙油,加入材料B和C炒香,加入清水煮滚,接着加入菠菜汁和调味料,最后勾芡一滚即可盛起。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,sauté ingredients B and C until fragrant,pour in water and bring to boil; then add in spinach puree and seasoning,once boil again,thicken with starch.
