    Step 1

    猪骨洗净飞水备用。Wash the pork ribs then blanch and rinse in cold water for later use.

    青苹果去籽去囊,切小块洗净备用。Remove the green apple seeds, cut into small pieces for later use.

    Step 3

    取汤锅把所有材料倒入锅内,再加入材料4倍的水量。Take a soup pot and pour all the ingredients into the pot, then add 4 times the amount of water.

    Step 4

    大火烧滚,滤掉浮沫(避免酸味和嘌呤)。转小火,开盖炖煮1个小时。Bring the soup pot to a boil over high heat and remove the foam (to avoid sourness and purines). Turn to the lower heat, open the lid and simmer for 1 hour.

    Step 5

    倒入适量的鱼露即可享用。Pour in some fish sauce to taste then enjoy.
