韩式紫菜饭卷 Korean Rice Roll (Kimbap)

材料 :
熟饭2碗、红萝卜1条、鸡肉香肠1包、青瓜1条、鸡蛋1粒、腌萝卜4长条、蟹柳2条、海苔4片、麻油和盐适量
饭团调味料 :
盐¹/3汤匙、麻油½汤匙、芝麻适量
做法 :
❶ 把红萝卜、青瓜、蟹柳及香肠切丝备用。
❷ 将鸡蛋打散,加少许盐后煎成蛋皮,并切丝。
❸ 红萝卜以少许盐炒熟。
❹ 白饭撒上调味料拌匀。(图1)
❹ 将海苔放在竹廉上,然后铺上白饭压平。
❺ 把青瓜、红萝卜、蟹柳、腌萝卜、香肠及蛋丝铺在饭上面。(图2-3)
❻ 紧紧卷起后涂少许麻油,即可切片享用。(图4)

INGREDIENTS :
2 bowls of rice, 1 carrot, 1 pack chicken sausage ,1 cucumber, 1 egg, pickled radish 4 strips, 2
strips crab meat, 4 pcs seaweed, some sesame oil, dash of salt
RICE SEASONING :
¹/3 tbsp salt, ½ tbsp sesame oil, a pinch of sesame seed
METHOD :
❶ Slice the carrots, cucumber, crab meat, sausage, set aside
❷ Beat the egg with a pinch of salt then sear into skin and slice it.
❸ Stir fry the carrot with a pinch of salt.
❹ Mix rice with the seasoning. (pic 1)
❺ Place seaweed on the bamboo net, put rice on top and flatten.
❺ Top with cucumber, carrot, and crab meat, pickled radish, sausage and egg on the
rice. (pic 2-3)
❻ Roll up firmly and coat with a thin layer of sesame oil.(pic 4)
