将鸡腿加入腌料拌匀,腌至隔夜。Marinate chicken wholeleg with condiments,stay over-night.

烧热5杯炸油,将鸡腿沾上粟粉、鸡蛋液再沾上面粉,放进油锅中炸至金黄色。Heat 5 cups of oil; coat chicken whole-leg with corn flour, follow by egg sauce and plain flour, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
捞起沥干油份,淋上酱料,装饰后即可享用。Dish out and drain; pour sauce over with garnishing on side to serve.
