    Step 1

    老虎虾清理虾肠、中间切开4-5公分。 (sliced center on the prawn approximately 4cm-5cm, clean prawns intestines

    Step 2

    将Heng's香脆虾米香铺在老虎虾上。 Spread the chilli on top of the prawn

    Step 3

    铺上蒜茸、撒上芝士丝及疯柑叶。 cover with minced garlic, shredded cheese & kaffir leaves

    Step 4

    放入烤炉，以180°C烤约25分钟。 Grilled approximately 25 minutes @ 180ºC.
