【烹饪小贴士】建议在煮蜜瓜汤的时候可以加入瓜囊、瓜皮防止浪费以及减低厨余垃圾,改善生活环境。鸡肉大块的煮汤可以防止鸡肉的口感变柴。煮好后再砍件上桌,吃肉喝汤更加的美味可口。

    Step 1

    把鸡肉洗干净备用。Wash the chicken and set aside.

    Step 2

    新鲜蜜瓜切块洗净备用。Cut honeydew into pieces, set aside.

    Step 3

    放清水入锅、蜜瓜、姜片(喜欢蒜头可以放)。开大火煮开后,小火煮45分钟,滤掉浮沫。Put water into the pot, honeydew, ginger slices (can put garlic if you like). Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 45 minutes, remove the foam.

    Step 4

    把鸡肉放入锅内,盖上锅盖大火煮滚后熄火泡10分钟。Add in chicken, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn off the heat and soak for 10 minutes.

    Step 5

    重复再开大火煮滚后,熄火焖15分钟即可调味上桌。Repeatedly turn on high heat and bring to a boil, turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes before seasoning and serving.
