    Step 1

    将去骨鸡全腿洗净,加入腌料拌匀,腌制隔夜。Wash debone chicken whole legs and marinate with condiments for overnight.

    Step 2

    烧热6杯油,将鸡腿沾上鸡蛋液,然后再沾上粟米粉,即可放进油锅炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油份。Heat 6 cups oil, coat meat with egg sauce follow with corn flour and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain.

    Step 3

    鸡肉斩块,淋上美乃滋酱和装饰后即可马上享用。Chop fried chicken into bite size, pour mayonnaise sauce over and garnish to serve.
